Meet Ryan Bernard, our newest addition to the coaching team for 12U baseball! His journey is rich with experience and fueled by passion. Having played up to Junior AA, Ryan brings a deep understanding of the game. What truly distinguishes him is his unwavering commitment to guiding the next generation of players. From coaching Bantam to Junior AA teams, his dedication has been unwavering. Beyond baseball, Ryan's coaching extends to various levels and age groups, showcasing his versatility and expertise. With his extensive background and genuine love for the sport, we are confident that Ryan will not only teach the game but also inspire, motivate, and empower our young athletes to excel.

Meet Titans 16U Head Coach!

A true Titans baseball veteran, Rob Kaymakcioglu brings over 30 years of baseball experience to the diamond. His journey began within the Titans organization, shaping him into the exceptional coach he is today.

Rob's playing career soared to collegiate heights, representing Concordia University with pride. His prowess as a pitcher and infielder led him to two Provincial finals, leaving an indelible mark on the field.

But Rob's love for the game didn't end there. He continues to compete at a high level while dedicating his expertise to coaching the next generation of Titans. His blend of university and Titans training provides him with unparalleled insights, particularly in defensive strategies and performing under pressure.

Since rejoining the Titans family in 2019-2020, Rob has been an integral part of our coaching staff. From defensive training to leading as a head coach for 14U, he's been instrumental in nurturing talent across all age groups, seasons, and leagues.

16U Junior Head Coach

David Perlman

Meet 16U Junior head coach for the Montreal Titans, David Perlman! A true Montrealer with a passion for baseball and a wealth of experience to bring to the team. Let's get to know Coach Perlman a little better:

Background: A native Montrealer who grew up in TMR playing for the mighty TMR Mets. David's journey in baseball began early, and he's been making waves ever since.

Experience: From starting out as a walk-on for the LaSalle Cardinals Junior Elite AAA team to being a nominee for League Rookie of the Year in 1994, David's dedication and talent on the field have always shone through.

Coaching Achievements: David has also made his mark in coaching, leading the NDG Lynx Competitive Team to victory as either an assistant coach or head coach from 2016 to 2019. Notably, in 2018, he guided the team to become Provincial Champs in the 11-U Minor Division of Little League Canada.

Ian Jordan

Meet Ian Jordan: A Legendary Coach

Since 1991, Ian Jordan's coaching journey has been nothing short of legendary. From his days as the Pitching Coach and Assistant Manager for the LaSalle Cardinals to nurturing talented young amateur ballplayers for almost 30 years, his impact on the baseball world is undeniable.

As the Pitching Coach for the LaSalle Cardinals, Ian played a pivotal role in shaping the careers of over 100 players, helping them secure positions in college or professional baseball. Witnessing raw talent blossom into college and professional prospects has been immensely fulfilling for Ian.

In 1992, Ian's talent was recognized when he was recruited as the Regional Scout for Eastern Canada by Tom Valcke, Canadian Supervisor from the Major League Scouting Bureau (MLBB). His contributions didn't stop there. Alongside Super Coaches Alex Agostino and Sylvain Saindon, Ian helped Team Quebec secure the province's first-ever gold medal at the Canada Games in 1993.
