It’s time to shake out the cobwebs and get back in shape. Our 9 week program offers players the opportunity to get live reps 2X a week along with advanced content from our experienced coaching staff. Each workout will be structured around specific offensive and defensive concepts. The idea is to progress each week into new concepts and cover fresh position specific material for the players. Each workout is strategically outlined to ensure each player is receiving a sufficient amount of reps at their primary and secondary positions while absorbing the material we are covering. The focus of the 2018 Ringers winter program is to prepare each individual player for their upcoming baseball season. *Offered to players ages 12 – 18.
